[sarex] Sea Launch article

Good day,

I have no association with Popular Science Magazine, but the September
issue has a space theme.

The article From Sea to Space is about Sea Launch, a company formed in
August 1995 by Boeing, Energia, Kvaener Maritime, and KB Yuzhnoye.

The article gives a glimpse of the latest company to offer space
launches, and explains the logic behind launching from sea, and at the
equator.  Are we peeking at a technology which might make a leading
commercial launch company?  Check out the story.  We can only hope the
company is amateur satellite friendly. :-)

The same issue also carries an article on China's planned manned space
program, as well as another article on a planned "space lift" to the
aging Hubble space telescope.
