[sarex] MIR SSTV and voice

Copying near the end of the pass from North Texas this afternoon at 14:43 UTC
when MIR began an SSTV transmission but cut it off and JP came on voice.  At
14:45 UTC I heard him asking for FJ (suffix) only, he said "foxtrot juliet you
have the microphone".  Alas, that was the end of the pass for me!  It appears
that JP is active at this time, good luck all!
