[sarex] Mailing list outage

The mailing lists and majordomo were down from about 2 AM to 2 PM
(Pacific Daylight Time) (or 0900 - 2100 UTC) today (Friday). If you
sent a message to any amsat.org mailing list during that time, it was
lost. Please send it again.

Likewise, if you sent any commands to majordomo@amsat.org during
that time, they were lost. Please send them again.
