[sarex] Filter and PMS

 On the 1416UTC pass - I got the con and then NOTHING - went to 143.625
and VH1 was on - I think the filter as of yet is NOT installed - or with the
ham eqm in the main modl is beeing over pwred by VH1  -- 

 I hve seen this MANY times in the past, the filter is NOT in line as of yet
