[sarex] WinOrbit keeps telling me that AO-10 is out of date?

I thought I would consult the "collective wisdom" of the sarex list on this
one. While not really a great difficulty at all I was wondering why WinOrbit
keeps telling me that AO-10 keps are out of date. I have tryed deleting
AO-10 the message stopped but as soon as I loaded new keps containing AO-10
I got that message again! I would normally assume that "published keps"
would be regularly updated so why does WinOrbit think otherwise?
