I would be very suprised if the "strows" (cosmos/mythic heroes) do not have 
to "sign off" on the QSL card.

My guess is that the "sign off" goes quite high in the station organization.

As for slamming NASA. Go read the GAO report to find out how out of control 
the organization is in terms of spending money....indeed the fact that it 
has taken somewhere near 1 million Yankee dollars to get the simple stuff 
that is up there now...there is a tribute to how out of control the agency 
is.

My favorite Senator is in the process of finding out how many tax dollars 
have been spent on the amateur radio station...stay tuned.
