[sarex] Glen Waverley College / ISS contact

A direct contact between the students of Glen Waverley College in Victoria,
Australia and the ISS is scheduled  for Sept 12 at 10:41 UTC. The downlink Frq.
will be on 145.80 Mhz.  Those within the ISS footprint at that time should be
able to listen in.
