I have exactly the same here. I am in the process of compiling Doppler
prediction observed data, and I was starting to wonder if my Rubidium
frequency standard was wrong!
7kHz high is normal in my observations, reducing to 5kHz near perigee.
I use Wisp, InstantTrack and Nova for prediction, all of which agree to
within about 10 or 20Hz.
Keps are the latest from AMSAT.
PC time is within 0.2s.
Early days yet.
