[amsat-bb] U0-11 S band power and ant

I just get UO-11 today on a 72 deg elevation pass. Signal was 12DB above S noise comparing with 24DB 
with ao-40 at his best.
Did any one know the power on S band and ant type on uo-11 this will help me to determine the my 
RX system figures.
