UO-11 (also known as UoSAT 2 at the Surrey Command Station)
This is the oldest operational satellite from Surrey (May 1984 launch)
http://www.amsat.org/amsat/sats/n7hpr/uo11.html
Clive Wallis, G3CWV has a UO-11 satellite page with useful information
http://www.users.zetnet.co.uk/clivew/oscar11.htm
Here is the latest May 18, 2002 on the satellite
http://www.users.zetnet.co.uk/clivew/u2rpt.htm
The mode-S beacon is ON, nominally transmitting an unmodulated carrier on
2401.5 MHz. There is however a VERY low level of AFSK modulation which has
been detected on strong signals. Telemetry indicates that the beacon has
partially failed, and is delivering half power. This beacon is a useful test
source for those testing mode-S converters, as an alternative to OSCAR-40.
The signals from Oscar-11 are very weak, and there is a lot of Doppler.
Users should also note that the polarization of OSCAR-11 is LHC. Even if you
can't hear OSCAR-11, your equipment may still be OK for OSCAR-40 when
commissioning is complete.
Any reports of reception on 2401.5 MHz. would be most welcome. Please e-mail
g3cwv@amsat.org.

I just get UO-11 today on a 72 deg elevation pass. Signal was 12DB above S
noise comparing with 24DB
with ao-40 at his best.
Did any one know the power on S band and ant type on uo-11 this will help me
to determine the my
RX system figures.
