The battle for 1260-1300 was lost 6 years ago at WRC 2000 we need to ensure we
keep vigilant for future challenges. 

There are no Primary Amateur Satellite Service allocations between 146 MHz and
24 GHz. We need just a few MHz of primary allocations at key points in that
spectrum.
