AO-10 has not been heard in several years, but due to the nature of how it 
failed, it may reappear at some point in the future. I check for it every so 
often.

I don't think the transponder on SO-33 ever worked, but as I recall there is 
a 9k6 packet beacon every 60 seconds on UHF. I have used it and PO-34 as 
signal sources in the past.
