In trying to copy CP4, I noticed that there is a discrepancy in the Keps
being distributed.  Jason's Keps give the object number as 31132.  You get
this from Space-Track, and it seems to give a good agreement.  However, the
Celestrak and those distributed by AMSAT give the object number as 31122.
Close, but off enough that it makes automatic tracking nearly impossible.
So when you do an automatic update of your Keps, be certain to go back in
and put in the correct object.
