Saddly no to much birds on pacsat mode now.
Pacsat need a lot of hardware eg PC.TNC.
 
APRS is a good chose if some satgate around 
and ISS packet is on.
NO-44 is down now .
Kenwood TH-D7A handheld is a good chose
