[amsat-bb] AO-51 March Schedule tweaks

We've made a few tweaks to the schedule to accommodate the G3VZV cruise, at 
the request some South African operators, and to correct an uplink frequency 
for the SSTV mode.

All modes using the 435.150 downlink are subject to interruption for
telemetry collection by a command station.
