You might want to consider getting a hold of some yagis or something like
the Arrow II antenna. The gain and directivity really helps when tracking
the bird and getting yourself heard specially when operating QRP.
Anyways as far as easy sats are concerned two that I know of are AO-27 (aka
The Easy Sat) and AO-51. There are most likely others that could fall into
the classification of easy sat, but I'll let the others throw them up as
suggestions.
