[amsat-bb] FJ93 Grid expedition by PV8DX Jan 3-4, 2015

Paulo PV8DX and Abilio PV8AZ are planning a grid
expedition to FJ93wf, 1600utc 03 January to 1200utc
04 January 2015.  Operation will be from a 400m high
mountain.  They will operate with a battery/generator
on the satellites. It will be a difficult trip up the
mountain.

They will also be able to monitor 28.390 thanks to a
10m to 2 meter repeater operated by their club LABRE.
They will be able to transmit as well as receive using
this system.

Paulo asks that everyone be patient as they will be
operating under very difficult conditions.  Although
not specified, Paulo usually operates on the linear
birds but don't rule out SO-50 if in range.

Paulo has a very nice portable station and everyone
should be able to hear him and make a contact. This
is likely a new grid for everyone.  Good luck.
