[amsat-bb] IC-821 tone

>From what I read in the manual the tone option is available with the USA and Australia versions only, I use a 821H and does not have a have default option for tone and hence I generate the tone using a software called "ComTekk" in my PC and the audio is fed to the ACC socket on the 821H .
