[amsat-bb] Activation of transponder on EO-79

Nice work,

I love that were trying to be "agile" for the weekend in hopes of amateur
contacts being made on the satellites.

May not all work out, but it's great that were trying !!!  Press on folks,

(If I only had time today to try myself, oh well)
