You are putting words in my mouth.  I made (and make) no comment on 
satellite orbits, nor wish to imply one.  Nor am I against solid 
procedural principles (full duplex / hearing your own downlink, etc).  
But if every word of my exchange has to be pared down to the bare 
minimum to satisfy some OTHER operators specific needs, I don't imagine 
being much motivated too soon.

I think I'm going to add the "Sushi" procedural to my call from now on.  
Or "No Sushi" in my case.  And if there is anyone who doesn't know what 
it means, I'll happily explain it to them.
