[amsat-bb] UISS and AWG Packet Engine

Drop AGW in favor of direwolf or soundmodem from UZ7HO... (the two of 
them uses the same AGW interface so the change is painless)

Google it for the download pages...

There are some benchmarks out there that shows AGW isn't the best 
software modem, and this two are top performers.

In the UISS you must set it to talk directly to the AGW interface via a 
TCP/IP connection to "localhost", let the port setting as default.
