About 60% of the way down this page is a heading titled "Packet Operations"
within which is a link to a paper under a sub-heading titled "resource"
which includes information on using UZ7HO Soundmodem and UISS. The AGWPE
information comes first in this paper. When I found out that the UZ7HO
software is definitely working better I added an appendix at the end of the
paper.

(Note this paper is a couple of years old but a lot of it still provides
some useful information.)
