[amsat-bb] 1707z PSAT pass

Dave,
I was mostly calibrating the rig, but got several packets on the 1852Z pass. It was only a maximum of
11 degrees and was very weak. I used the UZ7HO software rather than the usual MixW. The previous
pass, where I was working with the PSK31 downlink was exceptionally loud.
