[amsat-bb] 1707z PSAT pass

I noticed the last couple of evenings on ISS, a station beaconing every 
3 seconds...

All of the acks don't get listed on the "heard" page but if that is 
"stuck" on 145.825 it sure doesn't help analyzing the packet signals 
from the sats on that freq.
