I can give [bad] references on the Baofeng UV-5R HT...

On receive with some as simple as a moxon on top of the HT the SO-50 is 
clear and loud as long your hand can turn to match polarization.

But, as soon you key the PTT on ANY rig on 2m near this tiny HT goes 
overloaded, no matter if you use a diplexer or a LPF with at least 30dB 
att. on 70cm...

But, maybe on Fox sat series...

I feel I need to make this clear... to others not to put his "eggs on 
that basket"
