[amsat-bb] QB50 project 2016

For the purpose of the demonstration and development of CubeSats of the technology of
the universities around the world, it is scheduled to be launched all 50 satellites
by Ukraine Tsiklon-4 rocket on February 1, 2016. There are still also uncertainties,
but I, JE9PEL investigated the current frequencies and summarized it in an Excel file.
I'm going to issue in the future this revised version.
