[amsat-bb] LilacSat 2 transponder not on at 11:50Z 8 OCT 15

Posts here and on amsat uk indicated transponder is only active Mon, Wed and
Fridays

I heard no downlink during the pass here in DO33 which started just
before 0200 UTC.  There's another pass coming up in less than 2 hours
from now and I might try that, weather permitting.
