[amsat-bb] LilacSat 2 transponder not on at 11:50Z 8 OCT 15

In the early days it was on for 24 hours after the Mon, Wed, and Fri turn on. I worked it in the morning after the "turn on". I need to look at my log but I am fairly sure that did happen.
