[amsat-bb] Lilacsat-2 & EO-85 SATPC32 Setup?

Hi Jason,
Just a hint:
You can finetune the downlink and uplink frequency. Click control V, 
which is V- with FM sats, to V+. Then open menu CAT. You can now tune 
downlink and uplink using the "Downl. Corr." and "Upl. Calibr." controls.
The changes cannot automatically be saved, however, as they can with SSB 
sats. That can only be done manually (menu "?", "Auxilirary Files").
