[amsat-bb] Lilacsat-2 & EO-85 SATPC32 Setup?

Are you turning the tone on before trying to access AO-85?  You have to 
click on the T0 ("no tone") in the upper left of the SatPC32 screen and 
change it to T1 ("tone 1 on") to have tone active on your transmissions...
