[amsat-bb] LAPAN A-2

I noticed that a more recent PDF file found in the AMSAT-ID Facebook 
group (also cross-posted to AMSAT-NA) indicates potentially 10 degree 
inclination.  The title page of the PDF file indicates a date of 28 
September.  I assume it is made to be presented after launch. It will be 
interesting to see the actual orbit after launch and deployment.
