[amsat-bb] LAPAN A-2

I loaded the pre-launch keps for LAPAN-A2 that were provided here:

Using the SatPC32 Tracking, Preview menus, I was in the footprint on a 
couple of passes. The max elevation was less than one degree on one pass 
and less then two degrees on the other. I am located at 33.323 N 
latitude. When they revise those keps, if the inclination turns out to 
be higher than was indicated in the preliminary keps, there is a chance 
that I may be able to use that satellite, especially since it is running 
5 watts.
