[amsat-bb] Simulate past passes in MacDoppler w/o changing OS date/time?

Yeah, I normally use Orbitron and it does this easily, but I'm
travelling and all I have is a MacBook Pro. I guess I will virtualize
windows so I can use Orbitron easily in the future.
