[amsat-bb] Simulate past passes in MacDoppler w/o changing OS date/time?

It would be lovely to learn how to make MacDoppler do the same thing!

I am sure that *enough* research would result in the same for GPredict.

I was satisfied with Orbitron, so I left it at that. If it's enough for Captain Yuri...
