[amsat-bb] DM23/24 trip canxelled

Hi!

Due to a family issue, I have to cancel my plans to go out to the
DM23/DM24 grid boundary on Saturday. I apologize to those who
were hoping to work me out there. I may be able to go out there
next weekend, and will post more when I have a new plan to  go out
there.
