[amsat-bb] 7L3AEO on Fuji-29

 Got lucky, Fuji-29 was grazing my western horizon
which is blocked partially by the Alaska range up to 10 deg.
7L3AEO pounced on my cw downlink during the brief mutual
window. Orbit # 99016 max elev 7 deg, I'm doin the happy
dance, between the numerous trees, neighbors roofs, sheds
and who know's what else worked Japan again.
