  Dear Yono,

Congratulations on the successful completion of one year of LAPAN A2/ORARI
in orbit. We also take pleasure in celebrating successful completion of one
year of ASTROSAT in orbit along with NLS-14 and four LEMUR nanosats of
PSLV-C30 Mission.

Wishing all the satellites of PSLV-C30 Mission many more meaningful and
purposeful years of service.
