[amsat-bb] Best SDR for satellite reception

Hello Paul,

Regarding software to control doppler on SDR:

For sats, I run HDSDR V2.76 using a generic SDR with RTL2832 Chip.

Running http://amsat.org.ar/pass.exe handles nicely SDR Freqs.

Seamlessly clicking any satellite, its Freqs+Dopplers are set on SDR.
