[amsat-bb] W5PFG/p EL17-19 (others possible)

I've got some business near the EL18/17 line on Thursday of this week.  I
plan to work some satellites from EL17 since it's one of three grids I've
never activated in Texas.  EL18 and EL19 will likely get activated around
the same time frame (Wednesday/Thursday or Friday morning.)

It will be best to monitor my Twitter feed @w5pfg for specific passes. You
