Dear Bob,
in my dropbox you find 2 PDF files with the drawing of P3xxx
with all dimensions.

All measurements in mm
nearly the same data for P3 B,C, and E ( AO 10, 13,) depence on antennae
and rocket motor.
You will find the 400 mm, its the height of the mainframe without
antennae and rocketmotor
