AMSAT-DL has the answer for this discussion, while they decide to give a response, this is in an information obtained from an AMSAT-DL presentation.

Dimensions .Height 50cm / Span 1.30m
Spin stabilized .20 – 40 rpm

pressurized by Helium bottle, 2 liter He at 400 bar
Orbit .HEO, 2000km perigee, 44000km apogee, 50° Incl.

mm" please tell us *what* dimensions are being talked about? This thread
all has to do with the dimensions qquoted above.
