[amsat-bb] Wisp Compression Program

You need to put a copy of PKZIP in your WiSP directory. I have a copy here 
somewhere,  when I can finally get the time since moving down here for the 
winter to set WiSP up myself I will dig it out and send it to you, if 
needed.

Is anyone seeing the error "Compression Program Missing" when sending a
file with Wisp Message Maker? Apparently, the compression program
(PKZIP?) is missing from the Wisp directory.
