I was able to hear my voice through CAS-4A and 4B transponders tonight under one degree of elevation using ~5 watts into 10' of LMR-240uf and a 4 element 70cm / 2 element 2m "Short Arrow" yagi. Very easy satellite to work with minimal power. 73 Clayton W5PFG
