[amsat-bb] CAS-4A & 4B transponders are excellent

I had trouble initially at 20ish watts to my 8 element 2/3 Alaskan
Arrow, but that was due to some other stations using too much power on
the satellite. Like the XW-2s (and I'm guessing the hardware is nearly
identical). the AGC range is quite tight.

Nice to work Clayton for my first QSO on each of the two satellites!

It's nice to have these two satellites added to our ever growing list
of satellites for two-way communications. 14 linear transponders, 3
digital satellites, and 2 FM satellites are now regularly available
for amateur radio use. More satellites = more opportunities for fun.

And don't forget, we're T-3 weeks from adding another FM satellite to
our roster!
