[amsat-bb] CAS-4A & 4B transponders are excellent

Was able to work KB6LTY on both satellites. Very strong and clean signal.
Heard myself to 1° (mountains prevent lower elevations), with the edge of
the footprint close to Newfoundland, Canada.
Glad we have two more satellites to play with!
