[amsat-bb] CAS-4A & 4B transponders are excellent

Transponder looks cleaner than the other XW sats, no beats or pulse signals noticed so far. QSOs on CAS 4A and CAS 4B this afternoon with PU2RAS, LU2DPW and LU2FGL.

I was able to hear my voice through CAS-4A and 4B transponders tonight
under one degree of elevation using ~5 watts into 10' of LMR-240uf and
a 4 element 70cm / 2 element 2m "Short Arrow" yagi. Very easy
satellite to work with minimal power.
