500 Ohm 450 degree pot, for a G-5500.
Yaesu is the only option for that exact piece.
Not a standard item. I used a 1k, three turn pot. Using Goody's
rotator controller, analog reference enabled, 3.3V and a two
resistors, it worked just fine. Would not work with Yaesu's controller
box, period.
It would, however, work mechanically and provide a reasonable
reference, electrically.
Using a 540 degree pot in a 360 degree rotator (5500 pot in a 5400)
might present some problem. I.E. calibration issues with the control
box.
