[amsat-bb] JY1-sat dashboard

Last pass I sat and watched the signal peak and the tuning bar sat still
near the low end ignoring it so I manually dragged it to the center of
the signal where it fluttered trying to go back to where it had been and
refused to lock, I then grabbed the lower limit and pulled it over to
the signal and the tuning bar moved with it and finally locked, I put
the lower edge back to where it had been and and it stayed locked on the
signal for the duration of the pass.
