Hi Dave,
Don't hold your breath waiting for me to set up a remote station. A lot of
things have to happen first. If the radio is too expensive that'll kill
everything before I get started. I also have to secure a location first.
And then there's the problem that I live 12 time zones away from where I
want to set up the radio. I'll be lucky to have it going before summer
2019.
All that said, I will most likely buy a pair of Remoterig boxes to use as
the interface to the internet. Their equipment has been around for a while
and they seem to know Icom equipment pretty well.
