[amsat-bb] From under my rock... CAS-4B!

Used CAS4B for my one WFD contact. Even with a low 15 degree max el orbit
far to the east signals were strong, and stable. Next to FO29, this is my
favorite linear bird, but few people use it. Had a young blind student on
that satellite making contacts about 2 weeks ago. Have yet to make a CW
contact on it though, but hardly necessary since SSB signals are so
strong/clear.
